Although select horses are for sale at Burnfoot at all times, we do not furnish a price list; every horse is sold as an individual. If you would like to discuss our sale horses or arrange a time to inspect them, please contact us.
No Horses Available At Ths
Terms of Sale
If you apply for one (or more) of our horses, you agree to the following terms:
→You are required to create a horse profile for the horse in the time of two (2) weeks after purchase. (Only if the horses aren't registered by the us already, which will be stated in the current sale.)
→Please debut your purchased horse in your scrapbook and/or Website within one (2) week after purchase.
→The horse has to keep our prefix (BPH).
→You may not change the horse's show name. You may change its barn name.
→You may not offer the horses or their coats/custom markings for public download.
→Mares cannot be bred until they have reached 50pts.
→Horses must remain active within the Equus Community, We are going to be strict with the above rules as well as look for updates in scrapbooks every so often and proof of showing. (at least 1 update a month)
→You may not change the horse's conformation, color or gender. Stallions can be gelded.
→You may change mane or tail style.
→When the horse is old enough to compete, please register the horse with the appropriate discipline association (ES).
→Should you want to sell the horse, you have to contact us, first to see if we want the horse back.
→Horses will not be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may send applications for more than one horse, but you’re only likely to buy one horse.
→We reserve rights to reclaim if our terms are broken, or if the owner becomes inactive - you will only receive one warning with five days to act on the warning before we begin reclaiming procedures.
